Chorro de las Campanas Waterfall Trip from Montañita Hostel, 5 Hours

This day excursion starts at Montañita Hostel in Medellín, where the group gathers at the agreed time. A vehicle takes everyone to the trailhead of the Chorro de las Campanas hike, about thirty minutes away. From the trailhead the walk to the waterfall takes one hour through tropical forest. The guide points out plants and animals of the area, and the soundtrack is local wildlife, animals and insects. The Chorro de las Campanas is described as one of the more picturesque hidden waterfalls in the area. The group stays thirty minutes at the waterfall. If conditions are favourable, there is time for a swim in the pools. Then comes another hour of hiking back to the trailhead and the ride to the meeting spot in Medellín, roughly 5 hours after departure. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the activity starts.
