Iguazu Falls Argentine Side by Bus or Minivan with Zodiac Boat and Movi-Truck
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
Puerto IguazuThe Argentine side holds about 80 percent of the jumps that make up the Iguazu system, and this full-day tour covers it in four moves: train, two walking circuits, a zodiac boat and a jungle truck. The guide collects guests from their accommodation early in the morning, and the group travels by bus (group option) or minivan (small-group option) to Iguazu National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. Inside the park a train leaves the Visitors Center for the Garganta del Diablo station, where a 1000 m path ends at the biggest fall of the system. A second train ride leads to the Cataratas station and the 800 m Upper Path, which passes Tres Hermanas and Bosetti. Lunch is at one of the park restaurants and is not included. After lunch comes the boat ride. Zodiacs approach the base of the San Martin, Bosetti, Tres Mosqueteros and Garganta del Diablo falls, then run downstream through the rapids to Puerto Macuco, 3 km from the falls. Bring dry clothes and a towel, because the shower is guaranteed. An 8 km Movi-Truck ride through the rainforest follows, with a guide who talks about the flora, fauna and natural events of the forest. Once the group is back together, it returns to the hotel.
