DubrovnikPick-ups for this day trip start early and run along the coast, from Cavtat through Plat, Mlini and Srebreno to Dubrovnik, Lapad, Zaton and Orašac, at bus stops, hotels and restaurants listed at booking. Guests who have not chosen a pick-up point within 12 hours of departure are collected at the INA gas station on Vladimira Nazora Street. Kravice comes first. The stop is at Mala Kravica, a set of cascades on the Trebizat river that the operator calls the Bosnian mini Niagara, and it is a short one. From there the road leads to Mostar, with views of the Neretva river valley on the way, for a walk with a local guide through the oriental streets and monuments of the old town. The Old Bridge is the main sight, rebuilt after the war at the end of the 20th century. The drive from the coast also passes islands and stretches of unspoiled shoreline. Plan the money in advance: 13 euros per person in cash is needed on the day, covering a 3 euro tourist tax and the 10 euro waterfall entrance, and cards are not accepted. Entry to Bosnia and Herzegovina, food, drinks and gratuities are not included. Bring an original passport or, for EU citizens, a national ID card, plus a multiple-entry Schengen visa if one is required. The day lasts about 11 hours, a booking takes up to 15 travelers, and guiding is in English.
