Krka Waterfalls and Primosten Day Trip from Split or Trogir with South Tours (12/12)

The day centers on Krka National Park, where wooden paths run through the scenery, rare birds sing in the trees and water mills that worked for centuries still stand. The star is Skradinski Buk, the biggest waterfall in the park and one of the most beautiful cliff waterfalls in Europe. An optional guided tour is on offer, with extra time afterward to explore alone and photograph the falls, the old flour mills and the wood trails. The second stop is Primošten, a medieval town on a peninsula on the Adriatic coast, between Šibenik and Trogir. Some of Croatia's best-voted beaches are here, and the local vineyards are on the waiting list for UNESCO World Heritage status. Time in town goes to swimming, eating or a scenic stroll. There are two starting points, both South Tours offices: one in the old town of Split, a few minutes on foot from Diocletian's Palace, and one in the old town of Trogir.
