Middleham Falls Hike, Ti Tou Gorge Swim and Ti Kwen Glo Cho Hot Springs Day Tour

Six hours, four water stops, and the longest walk first. This day tour opens with a hike to Middleham Falls, rated moderate, then moves to Ti Tou Gorge for a swim, Trafalgar Falls for the twin cascades and Ti Kwen Glo Cho for a soak. A mountain-top viewpoint sits between the hike and the gorge. Middleham Falls drops about 70 meters (230 feet) in Morne Trois Pitons National Park. The trail climbs for roughly 20 minutes before descending, with rocky and muddy sections, wooden steps and stream crossings, and takes most hikers 1.5 to 2 hours. Ti Tou Gorge was formed by cooling lava, and the swim along its vine-draped walls to a hidden waterfall is short. At Trafalgar Falls the taller Father fall and the gentler Mother fall are reached by a 10 to 15-minute trail. The last stop, Ti Kwen Glo Cho, is a locally owned spa near Wotten Waven with hot pools, a small waterfall and a cold plunge pool. Life jackets and an air-conditioned vehicle are included, and hiking poles are available on request. A lunch stop is offered, but lunch is paid for by each traveler, and the Ti Kwen Glo Cho fee is extra. A high level of fitness is expected.
