Mystery of the Mist Two-Hour Niagara Falls Story Walk Ending on the Maid of the Mist
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
Niagara FallsTwo hours, mostly on foot, with stories about the people who left a mark on Niagara. The group meets at the Niagara Falls State Park Education Building and walks the oldest state park in the United States with a licensed local guide. Tales of daredevils, mysteries and rescues from the past 150 years are told at the places where they happened. From Luna Island the walk looks at Bridal Veil Falls, the smallest of the three. At the American Falls the talk turns to the rock ledge and the mound of fallen stone at its base. Horseshoe Falls comes into view across the border between Niagara Falls, Canada and Niagara Falls, NY, and the Observation Tower rises 282 feet above the gorge. The walk finishes on the Maid of the Mist, the oldest attraction at Niagara Falls. Discount offers on other Niagara experiences and local travel tips come with the booking. Parking and guide gratuities are not included; a tip of 15 to 20 percent is suggested. All areas and surfaces are wheelchair accessible. Up to 20 travelers can book together, guided in English.
