Plitvice Lakes Small-Group Day Tour from Zadar with Admission and Licensed Guide
A small group sets out from Zadar with a professional guide for the most popular national park in Croatia. Most travelers are picked up near the peninsula or the Old Town, and sometimes at hotels or Gazenica port. The meeting points listed are Zadar Central Bus Station, Liburnska obala 1 and Obala kneza Branimira 2I. A modern, comfortable car or minivan makes the roughly 2 hour drive. Inside the park the guide leads the group from Entrance 1. The lower lakes come first, with the Big Waterfall and several smaller falls, and a short break usually follows. Then a boat crosses toward the Upper Lakes, and the group visits one part of them before heading back to the exit, usually at Entrance 1. After that, the group can eat at one of the restaurants or head straight back to Zadar, which also takes about 2 hours, with stops along the way when needed. Lunch is not included, and neither is bottled water. Admission, private transportation, an air-conditioned vehicle and a licensed tour guide are included. Up to 8 travelers can book together, guiding is in English, and service animals are allowed. Specialized infant seats are available.
