Plitvice Lakes Ten-Hour Day Trip from Zadar by Bus with Ticket Pickup by Guide

A Plitvice day by bus from Zadar takes about 10 hours, with roughly 5 of them inside the national park. Park tickets are not part of the price. A travel companion collects tickets for everyone and hands them out on the bus, then the group walks in together and the guide leads the way around the lakes. The whole park can be seen in 4 to 5 hours, which leaves spare time to sit in the shade under a tree, drink some water, listen to the water and look through photos. The suggested routes are the B route at 4 km and the C route at 8 km. Both combine walking with a boat ride and a panoramic train, and both start and finish at Entrance 1. Luggage can be left with the guide while the group is in the park. The morning departure leaves Zadar around 7:30 and reaches the park around 10:15 after a 20 minute break on the way. The group boards again in the same parking lot, starts back at 4pm and is in Zadar around 6pm. An afternoon departure also runs, leaving Zadar at 12:00 and returning around 9pm.
