Private Half-Day Krka Waterfalls Tour from Sibenik with Licensed Driver-Guide
A private half-day outing from Sibenik to Krka National Park, led by a licensed guide who also drives. The walk covers the Skradinski Buk area on wooden footpaths between waterfalls, lakes and trees, about 2 km in all, with roughly 100 steps down that have a handrail. Along the way are travertine barriers, old watermills, traditional crafts and some of the park's plants and animals. From the park, the group reaches the small town of Skradin either by vehicle or on a boat ride of about 20 minutes through the river canyon. The boat costs nothing extra, since it comes with the park ticket. In Skradin there is a short stroll and, if wanted, free time for a coffee, a beer or lunch, before the drive back to Sibenik. The vehicle is air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi and bottled water. The park ticket is paid on the spot and is not part of the price, nor are lunch and gratuities. Up to 7 travelers can book together, guiding is in English or Spanish, and the tour is not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Service animals are allowed.
