Private Iguazu Falls Argentine Side Day Tour with Licensed Guide and Border Pass
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
Foz do IguacuBorder crossing is the part of this private day that the operator takes off the group's hands: the price includes a preference pass at the Argentina border and immigration assistance, along with a licensed guide and transportation for the day in air-conditioned vehicles. Gratuities, lunch, the park fee and the Iguazu tourism tax are not included, and a boat trip can be added as a paid extra with its own ticket. Passports are required, and every visitor is responsible for any visa. The suggested plan starts early, at the park gate when it opens at 8 am. Guests buy the entry ticket and collect information at the visitor center, then take the ecological train to the main trails. The Devil's Throat is the most iconic viewpoint, with platforms extending over the edge of the falls. The Upper Circuit follows, a series of walkways with panoramic views from above, several viewpoints and a sense of the water plunging into the river below. The tour is wheelchair accessible, and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. A moderate level of fitness is expected, and the tour is not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Up to 15 travelers can book, with guiding in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
