Private Iguazu Falls Argentine Side Tour with Great Adventure Boat from Buenos Aires

Puerto IguazuA driver and a guide wait at Iguazu Airport at the start of this private Argentine-side tour. Flights from Buenos Aires with private transfers are an optional extra: with that version a driver collects guests at their Buenos Aires hotel, timed to the flight, and takes them to either Jorge Newbery Airport or Ezeiza Airport. The same driver meets them at the Buenos Aires airport on the way back and returns them to the hotel. At Iguazu National Park a professional guide leads the group around all three circuits. The Devil's Throat circuit has no stairs and ends on catwalks above the biggest fall, 80 m high, which holds the largest flow of the system and a permanent fog above it. The Upper circuit also has no stairs and gives panoramic views of the smaller falls and the islands of the Iguazu River delta. The Lower circuit uses walkways and bridges for views from below, and has steep stairs and ramps. The Great Adventure tour is an option to add: a boat ride that goes deep into the mist of the falls, with the river and the spray close around the boat. The booking is final once made, with no refund for cancellations.

If you book the tour with air flights
With the air-flight version of the tour, a driver collects guests at their Buenos Aires hotel at a time matched to the flight and drives them to Jorge Newbery Airport or Ezeiza Airport, as applicable. On the way back the driver waits at the Buenos Aires airport and returns guests to the hotel.

The Devil's Throat is a set of falls 80 m high that drop into a narrow gorge, the largest flow of the Iguazu Falls. Catwalks lead directly above it, where the force and volume of water create a permanent fog.

- Great adventure tour: This 5 km vehicular route culminates in the Puerto Macuco jungle base. After descending 100 meters you will arrive at the dock where you can board the boats with which you will go up 6 km up the Lower Iguazú river gorge towards the waterfall area enjoying the mighty rapids, to the base of the Tres Mosqueteros waterfall, watching the set of Brazilian waterfalls Argentines, with the Devil’s Throat crowning the view of the canyon. Later, you will reach the maximum point of emotion when facing the incomparable Salto San Martín, second in size and the largest that a boat can approach. To finish, we will disembark at the dock located in front of San Martín Island from where you can rejoin the walkway system, through the Lower Circuit.
