This private tour takes in two stops in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Kravica waterfalls and Mostar, with private transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle and a licensed guide who works in German, English or Croatian. A booking takes up to 15 travelers. The day lasts about 10 hours. All fees and taxes are covered, including the daily visitor tax to Bosnia. Only the Kravica entrance tickets are paid separately. Kravica is a favorite Herzegovinian picnic area and summer swimming spot. Three kilometers downstream from the village of Hrašljani, the Trebižat river drops 28 meters and fills a natural amphitheater 120 meters wide. Rocky terrain surrounds the falls, which suit a walk, a drink and photographs, and in summer swimming and activities on the river are available. Mostar spans a deep valley of the Neretva and grew in the 15th and 16th centuries as an Ottoman frontier town. It is known for its old Turkish houses and for the Old Bridge, the Stari Most, from which the town takes its name. Past and future, east and west, meet here, and Mostar is described as the place with the best food in the Balkans. Infant seats are available, infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller, and service animals are allowed.
