Private Sekumpul and Fiji Waterfall Day Trip with Ulun Danu Beratan Temple Stop
This private day trip heads north from the hotel at 8 am, crossing the mountains by a scenic road, to reach the Sekumpul and Fiji waterfalls. Both fall on the same trekking route, with Fiji coming right after Sekumpul in exotic surroundings. The day then continues to Ulun Danu Beratan Temple at Lake Bratan in Bedugul, where the still surface of the lake around the base of the temple gives it a floating look, with the Bedugul mountains as a backdrop. The temple dates from the 17th century and honors the Hindu trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva as well as Dewi Danu, goddess of the lake. An English-speaking driver stays with the group all day. Included are a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, bottled water, parking fees along the itinerary, local tax, and hotel pickup and drop-off in Ubud, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran, Sanur, Tanjung Benoa and Nusa Dua. Food and drink can be bought along the way. The entrance ticket option includes a guide for Sekumpul and Fiji and the Ulun Danu temple. With the excluded option, entry fees are paid in cash and come to IDR 300k in total. The trip suits all fitness levels but is not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries or pregnant travelers.
