Quepo Canyoning runs this half-day course just outside Manuel Antonio, on 80 acres of protected land. The rappelling and waterfall course is built to sit within its natural surroundings, and it is pitched at all ages, sizes and thrill levels, from honeymooners to friends traveling through Central America to families. Guests ride from the base camp in a four wheel drive vehicle to the rainforest entrance of the course. Short breaks during the activity come with snacks, fruit, tea and water, and a typical Costa Rican meal, the Comida Tipica, is served afterward. Round trip transportation from a hotel or villa in Manuel Antonio or Quepos is included in the ticket. The base camp is a thirty minute drive away. Guests with their own transport can find the base camp on Google Maps or Waze. Morning departures need to be at the base camp by 8:30 am, afternoon departures by 1 pm.
