Quepos Rainforest Reserve Waterfall Hike with Hanging Bridges and Lunch in a Local Home
A day in a rainforest reserve near Quepos, spent with members of the local community. The program covers a hike, a crossing of hanging bridges and swims in freshwater holes under large waterfalls. Lunch is eaten in a local home, which makes up the cultural part of the day: guests share the meal with local people and learn about Costa Rican culture over the food. The trip runs about six hours. All fees and taxes are included in the booking, along with lunch and an air-conditioned vehicle. Guiding is in English and Spanish, and a booking takes up to 10 travelers. The hike calls for at least a moderate level of fitness. Travelers with poor cardiovascular health are advised against it. Mobile or paper tickets are accepted.
