Self-Guided Multnomah Falls E-Bike Rental Tour to Gorge Waterfalls, 3.5 Hours
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
PortlandA self-guided e-bike rental of 3.5 hours along the waterfall corridor of the Columbia River Gorge, with Multnomah Falls on the route. The operator calls it the most popular option, because the time allows a steady pace through the highlights: five waterfalls and several short hikes, plus enough time at Multnomah Falls for a snack at the Historic Multnomah Falls Lodge. Oregon state law sets the minimum rider age for e-bikes at 16. The rental includes an e-bike adjusted to the rider's height, a digital guide and a map of the route, a helmet and a bike lock. A host on site can help and answer questions. Riders bring their own water bottle, snack, sunglasses, athletic shoes, camera and clothing for the weather. The waterfalls on the route are Latourell Falls, Shepperd's Dell Falls, Upper and Lower Bridal Veil Falls, Wahkeena Falls, Multnomah Falls, Horsetail Falls and Ponytail Falls. The bike racks at Multnomah Falls are about 20 feet from the plaza. The Bridal Veil Falls walk is about two-thirds of a mile, and the Wahkeena Falls bridge is a short climb.

-
Bridal Veil Falls State Park
A walk of about two-thirds of a mile leads to a waterfall in a quiet, secluded natural area, where swimming is possible.
-
Horsetail Falls- Columbia River Gorge
A tall waterfall right beside the road, with a swimming hole at its base for those who want a dip.
-
Wahkeena Falls
Named with a Yakima word meaning most beautiful. A short walk up to the bridge gives the best view of the falls.
-
Shepperd's Dell Falls
A small horsetail-style waterfall of just over a hundred feet, easy to miss by car because there is little parking. By bike it is a simple stop.
-
Latourell Falls
