Setti Fatma Waterfalls Group Day Trip from Marrakech with Dar Zite Berber House Visit
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
MarrakechA group day trip with hotel transfers built in, this outing leaves the traffic of Marrakech to the driver. Transfers run directly from most hotels, so there is no need to find a meeting spot or drive in the Moroccan traffic. The program starts with a drive into the Atlas Mountains of about one hour, through valleys and under peaks. Next comes Dar Zite, a traditional Berber house where Amazigh life has been kept going for many years. Hosts explain how natural products are made, argan oil among them, and anything on show can be bought. The group is then driven to Setti Fatma, and professional guides lead a hike to the waterfalls. The trail brings views from high in the Atlas Mountains and a chance to take photos in front of the falls. Back by the river there is a Moroccan lunch at a restaurant, ordered from the menu, before the return to Marrakech. Small villages and Berber culture fill the gaps between the stops.
