Ubud ATV Quad Bike Ride Through Underground Tunnel and Waterfall Plunge Pool

The ride starts in a traditional Balinese village and heads out across rice fields and jungle trails. Rivers and a canyon come next, then the natural underground tunnel that gives this route its reputation. After the tunnel the trail turns wet and demanding, and it ends at a waterfall with a plunge pool where riders can cool off. The whole circuit takes about 90 minutes. Riders choose a solo quad or a tandem, which puts two people on one bike and must be booked in pairs (2, 4, 6 and so on). Children from 6 to 13 ride tandem with a parent, riders over 13 up to 65 can take their own quad, and under-sixes are not allowed. The weight limit is 150 kg per bike. Pregnant travelers cannot join, and spinal injuries or poor cardiovascular health are reasons to skip it. Boots, helmet, insurance for personal injury, a professional guide, a changing room and a shower are all part of the price, along with an egg sandwich and fries. A private hotel transfer is added by choosing that option when booking. A locker and towel need a deposit of IDR 100,000 per person, paid on site, and photo and video packages, plus tips, cost extra. Pack a change of clothes, sunscreen and some cash. Guiding is in English, and a booking holds up to 15 travelers.
