Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
Victoria FallsThis three-day safari is a compact tour of what Victoria Falls offers, based for two nights at Shearwater Explorers Village. A guide meets you at the airport with a signboard, and the first day closes with a sunset cruise on the Zambezi, a good hour to see wildlife coming to drink. Day two begins at 08:30 with a guided tour of the falls through the rainforest to the cliffs facing the cascade. Lunch at 12:30 is at the Lookout Cafe, 120 meters above the Zambezi, where you pick from an a la carte menu. At 15:30 the game drive in Zambezi National Park runs in an open four-wheel-drive vehicle. The last day depends on your flight, and there may be time for the local market before departure. Transport is by air-conditioned minivan, with airport transfers both ways. Flight details should be given in advance so pick-ups can match arrival and departure times.
