El Yunque River Pools, Big Waterslide and Beach Day Trip by Van from San Juan

This is a van trip rather than a long trek: the group leaves from the corner of Caribe Street and Ashford Avenue in San Juan, travels in an air-conditioned van with a cooler for drinks, and is dropped at the same corner afterwards. The outing takes about 5 hours. The operator pitches it at birthdays, family outings and corporate or business groups. The rainforest part involves hiking and swimming at river pools, a river slide and waterfalls, and the day also takes in a restaurant and a beach. Rainforest entry fees, a guide, life jackets, bottled water, finger food, and photos and videos are included in the price. Soda, snacks and the guide's tip are not included. The tour is described as suitable for all fitness levels, and strollers are allowed for infants and small children, as are service animals.
