GeoAventuras Hidden Trail Waterfall Hike for Small Groups from San Juan

GeoAventuras runs this half-day hike to a waterfall tucked deep in the mountains of Puerto Rico, away from the tourist areas of San Juan. The trail is secluded and known mostly to locals, and the certified local guide who leads it is based in Bayamón. The group rides through mountain and countryside scenery in a van, with round-trip transportation from the San Juan area included. Groups stay small, up to 10 travelers per booking. At the end of the trail the waterfall pool is open for swimming and photos, or simply sitting back for a while. Safety helmets and life jackets are provided, along with snacks. Guiding is in English or Spanish. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of fitness. The hike is not recommended for pregnant travelers or for anyone with spinal injuries or poor cardiovascular health. Service animals are allowed. Gratuities are not included. Meet in the parking lot of the Pueblo grocery store at Plaza Las Américas and look for the gray passenger van with the company logos.
