Gray Line Half-Day Niagara Falls Tour: Boat Cruise, Parkway Drive and Maple Tasting
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
Niagara Falls & AroundGray Line runs this four-hour half-day tour of Niagara Falls with a local guide who speaks English, for up to 12 travelers per booking. Departures are in the morning and the afternoon from the Niagara Parks Welcome Centre at Clifton Hill, and the route follows the Niagara Parkway north from the falls and back. Table Rock Welcome Centre comes first, a viewpoint close enough to feel the mist and photograph the falls. A short drive north leads to the Niagara Whirlpool, a quick stop at the swirling rapids (the Aero Car is not included). The parkway continues to the Floral Clock, a giant timepiece covered in blooms, with time to photograph it and walk the grounds, and then to Queenston, a historic park, where the guide gives commentary on the area. Maple Leaf Place is the sweet break, with a maple syrup tasting and local maple treats to buy. The tour then returns south for its finish, the Niagara City Cruises Voyage to the Falls, a boat tour to the base of the falls that runs from May to November. Journey Behind the Falls can be added when selected, and it is not part of the standard price. Gratuities are extra. The itinerary may change with attraction availability. Strollers and service animals are allowed, and infants and toddlers must have their own seat on the vehicle, so contact the operator to confirm requirements. Guests should be at the bus stop at least 15 minutes before departure, looking for the Gray Line guide or signage.
