Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
MedellínThis full-day private adventure goes to a natural reserve in La Ceja, about 1.5 hours from Medellín according to the operator, for what it calls the biggest zipline in Colombia: 330 metres high and 1,400 metres long, split into two flights. The first flight, 700 metres across the canyon, passes five giant waterfalls. After a briefing on the reserve and safety instructions, a 20-minute walk on a class 2 of 5 trail leads to the first zipline station. A 30-minute hike, class 3.5 of 5, goes down to the base of a 100-metre waterfall, where the guide explains the Lenard effect. The group then returns to the top of the mountain and, at 4:00 pm, takes the second zipline flight. Pickup is at 8:30 am by private car at the hotel or a specified address, and the return reaches the hotel at 6:45 pm. Lunch is not included.
