Horseback Ride to La Fortuna Waterfall with Hanging Bridge and Maleku Village Stop

The ride heads up to La Fortuna Waterfall, a 65-meter drop into dense jungle and sparkling pools. Toucans, iguanas, parakeets and sloths are the animals to watch for on the way. After dismounting, a 15-minute hike leads down to the falls over a hanging bridge, with a bird's-eye view of the canopy. At the base, a quick swim in the cool pools is possible. The way back goes through the jungle, with a stop at the Maleku Indigenous Village before the return to base on horseback.
