Iguassu Falls Brazilian Side with Macuco Safari Boat and AquaFoz Aquarium
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
Foz do IguacuThree stops make up this guided circuit of the Cataratas do Brasil: the AquaFoz aquarium, the Brazilian side of the falls and the Macuco Safari boat ride. AquaFoz is an environmental education and conservation center in Foz do Iguacu, built around the link between the Parana and Iguacu rivers and the Brazilian oceans. It holds more than 300 species in over 3.3 million liters of water. At the falls, the walk starts on a trail 1,200 meters long, with room to stop, film and take photos. Lunch at the Porto Canoas restaurant is an option at the end of the trail. Its self-service buffet is not part of the price. Macuco Safari closes the day. It is a twin-engine boat ride that brings the boat close to the falls, and guests should expect to get wet. The safari itself is split into a jeep ride, a jungle hike and the boat. Lockers can be rented for belongings, and changing rooms are on site, so a change of clothes is worth packing. A guide accompanies the group. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included, and so are the three tickets: AquaFoz, the national park and the Macuco Safari boat. Up to 10 travelers can share a booking. A full refund applies to cancellations at least 24 hours before departure.
