La Fortuna Waterfall, Arenal Volcano Park and Tabacon Hot Springs River, Early Start
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
La FortunaAn early start gets the waterfall visit done first. The group heads down more than 500 steps to the base of La Fortuna Waterfall for a swim, then climbs the same stairs back up before moving on. The next stop is the Arenal Volcano ecological park, where a hike of about two to three hours leads to the foot of the volcano and crosses lava rock fields. The park has the Tabacon Lagoon, where the group cools off. Lunch is eaten right there in the park. The day finishes at the Tabacon natural hot springs river, after lunch. Meeting is at Plaza Fortuna, 50 meters north of Pali La Fortuna.
