Lost Canyon Waterfall Rappelling from La Fortuna with Buffet Lunch and Pickup

The Lost Canyon has the largest waterfalls for rappelling in Costa Rica's wet Northern Zone, near Arenal Volcano. This four-hour trip starts with a hotel pickup and drops down a series of four tropical waterfalls, with cool pools in between. Between rappels the group hikes and down-climbs through a jungle canyon while the guide explains what lives in the rainforest. Lunch is an all-you-can-eat Costa Rican buffet at the Hunters & Gatherers operation base, and afterwards there is time to swim in El Salto, a local swimming hole. The price covers a local guide, hotel pickup and drop-off, lunch, and safety equipment with a briefing. Groups stay small, with up to 10 travelers per booking, and the minimum age is 10.
