Sao MiguelThe Moinho do Félix trail runs on the north coast, from the village of Lomba de São Pedro. It is 5.5 km (3.4 miles) long, rated medium difficulty, and takes around 2 hours. The route passes through a valley with lush vegetation and several natural waterfalls, where swimming is possible for those who want to. The day also includes a stop at the Gorreana tea plantation, described as the only tea plantation in Europe. Another stop is the Miradouro de Santa Iria, a viewpoint over the shore of the north coast.
