Niagara Falls Evening Minibus Tour from Toronto with Cruise, Dinner Option and Tower
A licensed guide leads this evening trip in an air-conditioned minibus, with pickup from hotels and set points in Toronto, Mississauga and Niagara Falls. The commentary covers the history of the falls and local stories on the way. The main attraction depends on the season. In summer it is the Hornblower boat cruise, and in winter it is Journey Behind the Falls. Either one gets close to Canadian Horseshoe Falls. A maple syrup tasting is available on most days, depending on availability, and the drive may include photo stops. After that there is time to walk the falls and Clifton Hill alone. Two versions are sold. The basic tour leaves more time for dinner on your own. The all-inclusive package adds a three-course dinner overlooking the illuminated falls, with a table at Table Rock Restaurant, the Fallsview Buffet or Prime Steakhouse depending on availability, and a visit to the Illumination Tower, where guests try changing the colour of the falls. From about May 16 to October 13 there are fireworks, and from about November 18 to January 5 the Winter Festival of Lights runs around the falls, with exact dates varying. Everyone returns to the place where they started.
