The boat is the Niagara City Cruises Voyage to the Falls, which leaves from the Canadian side and sails past the Great Gorge, the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls to Canadian Horseshoe Falls. A pre-reserved ticket and a recyclable mist poncho come with that option. The boat is closed from December to April, and Journey Behind the Falls or Niagara Takes Flight is used instead. If the option is chosen, the Skylon Tower ride is on the glass-enclosed Yellow Bug elevators, which reach the top in 52 seconds, with views of the falls, the Great Gorge, the Niagara Wine District and the skylines of Buffalo and Toronto. Other sights are Queen Victoria Place, Oakes Garden Theater, Clifton Hill, Bird Kingdom and White Water Walk, plus a narrated drive on the Niagara Parkway. The Maple Trail covers maple syrup production and bottling and a tasting of syrup and chocolate. Tips are optional.
