Phnom Kulen Waterfall Shared Day Tour with 1000 Lingas and Picnic Lunch

This shared full-day trip climbs Phnom Kulen, the mountain regarded as the birthplace of the Khmer Empire. The guide is certified by the Apsara Authority and the group is capped at 14 people. Hotel pickup and drop-off in Siem Reap are covered, and the vehicle is air-conditioned. The day takes in three sites. The River of a Thousand Lingas has ancient carvings cut into the riverbed. A Reclining Buddha statue sits on the mountaintop. The Kulen Waterfall has natural pools for swimming, and the suggested swim is around 45 minutes. Lunch is a set meal of rice and fried chicken, one per person, eaten beside the falls and followed by seasonal fruit. The jungle trails are gentle and the pace is easy, closer to a stroll than a hike. The Kulen entrance fee is not included, nor are swimwear and personal expenses, so bring swimwear and insect repellent. Cold towels and bottled water are provided. The tour runs in all weather. It is not suitable for infants or children under 12, and travelers should have a moderate level of fitness.
