This tour covers the whole of Plitvice Lakes National Park in about four hours with an English-speaking guide, including a boat ride and a train ride inside the park. Wooden paths run across the water, and the sound of the waterfalls follows the route. The order is set. The walk starts at the Upper Lakes (Gornja Jezera), continues to the Lower Lakes (Donja Jezera) and ends at Veliki Slap, the Big Waterfall, a 78 meter drop that is the highlight of the park and of Croatia. The 16 lakes of the park are on the UNESCO World Heritage list for their natural and cultural value. After the walk there is an optional lunch at a local restaurant, where authentic dishes of the area are on the menu, and then the return to Zagreb. The itinerary lists the park as its only stop. The departure point is the main meeting point at Trg Nikole Subica Zrinjskog 2 in Zagreb, by the meteorological display. Cancellation is free, with a full refund, up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
