Private 2-Day Iguazu Falls Tour, Both Sides, Park Vehicle Access and Border Lane
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
Foz do IguacuIguassu Private Tours, the operator behind this trip, has been running tours for more than 20 years. Over two days a licensed guide (English or Spanish) takes you to the Brazilian and Argentine sides on foot, for four different perspectives of the falls. The vehicle has special authorization inside the Brazilian national park, so you skip the queue for the double-decker buses run by the park concessionaire. At the Argentine border the group uses a priority lane for tourist traffic. Brazil has 1,400 meters of trail and a walkway to the Devil's Throat. Argentina adds the Ecological Train, the flat 2 km Upper Circuit and the 2.5 km Lower Circuit, which has steps. The Devil's Throat circuit on the Argentine side is closed from August 3 to approximately mid-December 2026 because of high water. Private airport transfers can be arranged if you arrive on the day of the tour or stay overnight. Park entrance fees, the Argentine eco city tax and the optional safari and boat ride (about two extra hours) are not included. Up to 15 travelers per booking.

Iguazu Falls
The vehicle has permission to drive inside the Iguazu National Park, so you avoid the crowded double-decker buses run by the park concessionaire and save time. On the Brazilian side the trail covers 1,400 meters from the starting point to the end, with panoramic views of the falls along the way. The highlight is the walkway to the Devil's Throat, the largest waterfall at 82 meters high. Expect water, forest, butterflies, birds, rainbows and perhaps some animals. A boat ride and a helicopter flight are available as optional extras during the day.

Iguazu Falls
The Argentine side takes a little longer and can be done entirely on foot or partly by train: the Ecological Train or the Green Trail leads to the falls, and the guide helps you choose. The Devil's Throat circuit is closed from August 3 to approximately mid-December 2026 because of high water. The Eco train runs from the central station to the Cataratas station. The 2 km Upper Circuit is completely flat and shows the hidden San Martin waterfall from a new angle. The 2.5 km Lower Circuit has steps and flat stretches, and reveals falls that the other circuits do not. A 4x4 jungle safari and a boat ride are optional extras.
