Private Custom Tour to Dunn's River Falls via Columbus Park from Montego Bay

A private vehicle takes you from Montego Bay to Dunn's River Falls, with the route open to customizing. The drive takes about an hour and a half each way, depending on pickup location. On the way the tour covers the Christopher Columbus Park area in Discovery Bay, a lookout stop at Rio Bueno in Trelawny, and Jamaica's second source of income, the bauxite and alumina mining plant. Stops for photos, a bathroom and refreshments are built in before the falls and beach. At the falls, cold mountain water cascades 600 feet down natural terraces. Visitors can make the climb from the base hand in hand, in a human daisy-chain led by staff, or walk alongside the falls to photograph friends and family, learn about the history of the falls and relax in the park. Private transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle is included. Admission to Dunn's River Falls is not, and is charged separately for adults and children. Lunch, dinner and alcoholic drinks are also extra. The vehicle is wheelchair accessible, infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller, and infant seats are available. Up to 30 travelers can be booked together, with guiding in English. A moderate level of fitness is expected, and the climb is not recommended for pregnant travelers or those with spinal injuries.
