The half-day from Nexus Tours Jamaica is the cheapest listing here at under 120 EUR, and it is also the one people have reviewed most: 303 of the page's 785 reviews, a 39% share. Its own listing says the transfer is about 1.5 hours per way. Do the sum. Three hours on the road plus the 1 hour 30 to 1 hour 45 that two Montego Bay listings give for the time at the falls is the 4.5 hours it is sold as. There is no slack in that for a swim on the beach below the falls, a lunch stop or a slow road.
Two listings are marked 3 hours in total, both in the 120 to 250 EUR band. Three hours cannot hold a 1.5-hour road each way and a climb, so the number must be counting something else, most likely the time with the guide. The listings do not say. Ask what it counts before you book.

A catamaran cruise that picks up in Montego Bay is in the same band for 7 hours with lunch, but it has only 11 reviews. The Martha Brae rafting day is private at 250 to 500 EUR for 8 hours and carries a 5.0 on 90 reviews, the best-reviewed of the dear listings. A first visit is better kept short. The falls take about an hour and a half, the road takes three, and every extra stop pushes the return later on a road you will drive in the dark.
