Private Materuni Waterfall and Chemka Hot Springs Tour with Arusha or Moshi Hotel Pickup

This is a private tour, so the day runs for one party only. Pickup can be arranged from any hotel in Arusha or Moshi, and the driver brings the group back to the same place at the end. The itinerary is planned to avoid crowds. The morning drive heads for Materuni Village near Mount Kilimanjaro. A guided hike follows through green terrain to the 80-meter Materuni Waterfalls, where swimming and photos are on the program. Back down, a Chagga coffee tour shows how coffee is grown, roasted and prepared locally. After lunch the route continues to Chemka Hot Springs, also called Kikuletwa. The geothermal water is clear and turquoise, and fig trees surround the pools. It is a place to swim and cool off before the trip back to Arusha or Moshi. Travelers who do not need a hotel pickup can join at the agreed meeting point, and the exact meeting time is confirmed after booking.
