Private Materuni Waterfall, Coffee Farm and Kikuletwa Hot Spring Tour from Arusha Hotel
A full day from an Arusha hotel to the Materuni waterfall, a village coffee farm and the Kikuletwa Hot Springs, with round-trip transportation and lunch included. It suits culture enthusiasts and active travelers. The day opens with a hike to Materuni Waterfalls, where a dip in the water is part of the plan. A local farm comes next. There the guide explains how coffee is grown, harvested and processed, and guests can try roasting and preparing a cup of fresh, local coffee. After lunch at Materuni, the driver takes the Arusha-Moshi road toward Chemka Hot Spring. The tarmac gives way to gravel, and the road passes bushland, dry riverbeds, baobab and acacia trees. Kikuletwa appears like an oasis among sprawling fig trees, with clear water that bubbles up from underground caves. Guests who bring a bathing suit can swim and then rest in the shade. A picnic lunch is eaten before the gravel-road drive back to Arusha or Moshi.
