Road to Hana Waterfall and Jungle Tour with a NAI Certified Guide, Photos and Video
The guide of this Road to Hana tour has lived on Maui for a total of 25 years, holds NAI certification and has led over 500 tours on the island. The commentary is meant to be an honest account of Hawaiian events, past and present, and the aim is a day that feels like time spent with a friend. Photography is a personal interest of the guide, who takes photos of the group throughout the day and hands over all of them at the end. A short video of the outing is made at no extra charge. The stops run from Ho'okipa Beach Park, where green sea turtles and Hawaiian monk seals can be watched and photographed, to the Keanae peninsula, a waterfall at Pua'a Ka'a State Park and an arboretum with labeled plants. An afternoon departure tends to meet fewer crowds. The route goes through rainforest, so exactly where the group stops depends on the weather. Closed toe shoes are better than flip flops. Anyone whose booking has no phone number should send one to the guide before the day. Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund.
