This is a private walking tour of Victoria Falls: only your group and the guide take part. A local guide leads the walk through the park and explains the geology and wildlife of the falls, along with the history of the place that has been passed down through generations. The guide also helps with photographs, so nobody is left out of the group picture, and an early-morning start can be chosen for sunrise shots. The tour lasts about three hours. Pickup and drop-off are included from any hotel, lodge or guesthouse in Victoria Falls town, while airport pickups can be arranged at extra cost. Pickup begins roughly 30 minutes before the selected tour time, and the exact time is confirmed the day before. Raincoats and bottled water are provided. The $50 per person park entrance fee is not included and is paid separately. From about February to July, when the water is high, visitors are likely to get wet, so a light raincoat helps protect both people and cameras. In the low-water season some viewpoints carry less flow, and the guide picks the best ones for the time of year. Comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended. The route is wheelchair accessible and suits all fitness levels. Guiding is in English, up to 15 travelers can book together, and tips for the guide are optional.

Most visitors come to Victoria Falls for the sheer scale of this World Heritage site. The park is safe and easy to walk alone, but a guide adds depth. The guides here are locals who carry the history of the falls, passed down through generations, and explain the geology and wildlife of the place. The guide also helps with photographs, so everyone appears in the pictures, whether the group is a family or a honeymoon couple. An early-morning start suits sunrise photos.
