Victoria Falls Zimbabwe Side Guided Walk for up to Two Guests with Pickup
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
Victoria FallsA professional local guide leads this guided walk on the Zimbabwe side of Victoria Falls, with hotel pickup and drop-off around Victoria Falls town. The tour starts at the entrance of Victoria Falls National Park and goes through the rainforest kept green by the constant spray of the falls, before visiting the key viewpoints: Devil's Cataract, Main Falls, Horseshoe Falls, Rainbow Falls and Danger Point. Each stop gives a panoramic view and a spot for photographs, with the roar and mist of "The Smoke That Thunders" all around. Along the trails the guide covers the history of David Livingstone's discovery, how the Batoka Gorge formed, local legends and what the falls mean to the people of the region. There is time to take photographs and enjoy the scenery at a personal pace. The booking takes only two travelers at most, so the group stays very small. Bottled water is included, while personal expenses and souvenirs are not. The tour is wheelchair accessible, including the transport, and travelers should have at least a moderate level of fitness. Guiding is in English, and a mobile or paper ticket is accepted. Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund.
