Victoria Falls Zimbabwe Side Guided Walk with Big Tree and Boiling Point (11/11)

This guided walk covers the Zimbabwe side of Victoria Falls, and the Big Tree is one of its set stops. Mr. B leads the group along the park paths to the Boiling Point, where the Zambezi River drops into the gorge at the edge of the falls. From there the route moves on to the other waterfalls and the panoramic viewpoints, each with a different angle on the cascades and the land around them. Part of the walk runs through the rainforest that the spray keeps green. Visitors feel the mist on their skin and hear the wildlife around them. Groups are kept small, which leaves room for questions and for taking photographs at each stop. The tour lasts about two and a half hours. Bottled water is included. Park fees and other fees and taxes are not, so the entrance charge is paid separately. Up to 15 travelers can join one booking, and guiding is in English. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of fitness. The tour is wheelchair accessible, infants can ride in a pram or stroller or sit on an adult's lap, and service animals are allowed. Public transport runs nearby, and free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before departure.
