Walk Niagara Tours leads this guided walk entirely on the Canadian side of the border. A licensed guide takes the group around for two and a half hours, covering about 1.5 miles with plenty of breaks, and bookings can reach 30 travelers. The route starts at the Niagara Parks Welcome Centre and passes Queen Victoria Park, the Nikola Tesla statue, the Niagara Parks Power Station (completed in 1905) and the Floral Showhouse, with the Skylon Tower in view from the parkway. Table Rock Welcome Centre is the pause for photos, a restroom stop and a look at the exhibits. From Queen Victoria Park the group looks across the gorge to the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, Cave of the Winds and Goat Island, and the walk goes past Clifton Hill. Two attractions skip the ticket line, with admission and a souvenir poncho included at each. Journey Behind the Falls leads through tunnels behind Horseshoe Falls, and the Hornblower boat cruise finishes the tour in the mist at the foot of the falls. Early morning departures reach the tunnels among the first guests of the day. Extras to use on your own after the tour include discounts on ziplining, helicopter flights, Whirlpool jet boats and souvenirs, a free maple syrup tasting and a Niagara Fun Pack. Food, drink, hotel pickup, transport, parking and gratuities are not included. The tour runs rain or shine, and it is listed as wheelchair accessible.
