Two waterfalls, six countryside stops and one long day. Pongour and Elephant Falls are the water; Ta Nung village, the Cuong Hoan silk factory, a cricket farm, the Me Linh coffee plantation, Van Thanh flower village and Linh An Pagoda fill the road between. Elephant Waterfall is currently closed for operational reasons, so the full view is taken from Linh An Pagoda close by. The Van Thanh stop covers Dalat's largest flower village, which grows mostly roses on steep, stepped terrain. The trip takes about seven hours, with pickup and drop-off, bottled water, admissions to all attractions and an English-speaking guide included. Lunch at a local restaurant is not. Child tickets follow height: under 90 cm is free on an Infant ticket, 90 to 110 cm pays half on a Child ticket, and over 110 cm needs an Adult ticket. 1. Elephant Waterfall ( Thac Voi)

Elephant Waterfall is one of the most powerful falls in Dalat, with a windy cave under the water. It is temporarily closed for operational reasons, so the whole view is taken from nearby Linh An Pagoda.

  2. Pongour Falls

Pongour stands out among Dalat's waterfalls, set in a huge unspoiled forest. It is about 40 m high and 100 m wide, and its polished steps form a natural amphitheater. Water plunges down seven staircases with a loud roar. It is imposing but not forbidding, and locals and tourists both praise its beauty.

  3. Tanung village ( the village of minority ethnic ) - One of…

Ta Nung is a minority village of K'ho people, one of the small Chil groups who lived in Dalat from the early days of its foundation and growth. They live in the valley near the falls and the river.

  4. The silk weaving factory in Dalat is an interesting place…

The silk weaving factory shows the whole process from cocoon to fabric. It is the only silk factory in the country that keeps the old method of removing silk from the cocoons: they soak in hot water, the fine thread is wound onto a machine and then onto a reel for a large loom, which weaves a patterned fabric.

  5. Tourists coming here are guided by the farm owner on how to…

The farm owner explains how to raise, care for and breed crickets, and visitors can try dishes made from crickets.

  6. Located about 23km from the center of Da Lat to the…

The Me Linh coffee plantation lies about 23 km southwest of the center of Da Lat, across the winding Ta Nung Pass. The farm's own weasel coffee is on offer.

  7. Known as Dalat's largest flower village

Dalat's largest flower village, on steep terrain laid out in steps, is still the main flower supplier for the city, especially roses. Van Thanh is known for its wild roses, and growers there have bred rose varieties in many colors, such as pink velvet, pink lotus and yellow moonlight, from rosebuds imported from the Netherlands. Daisies, carnations and other flowers grow here too, and the scent fills the air.

  8. Linh An Tu is one of the architectural works of Da Lat

Linh An Pagoda is one of the architectural works of Da Lat, a temple with ancient architecture, and its beauty draws visitors.
