Tumpak Sewu and Goa Tetes Trekking Day Tour from Malang for Fit Travelers, Max 5

Pick-up is at 7 AM from the guest's hotel in Malang city center, followed by a drive of about 2 hours to Coban Sewu, the local name for Tumpak Sewu, in the Lumajang region. A local trekking ranger meets the group there and leads the way down the steep terrain to the base of the falls. The access is raw trekking, meant for adventure seekers. From the bottom, the walk continues to Goa Tetes, a cave waterfall. Travelers with energy left can ask to add a visit to Kapas Biru waterfall. The return drive reaches Malang around dinner time. The rainy season is the recommended time to go, when the stream is larger and photographs show more water. The ranger, private transportation with fuel and driver, mineral water, the entrance ticket and hotel pick-up and drop-off are included. Lunch is not. A high level of fitness is required, and the trip is not recommended for pregnant travelers or anyone with spinal injuries or poor cardiovascular health. Up to 5 travelers per booking.
