Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and Tetes Cave Day Tour from Surabaya, Private Car and Guide (5/5)

Tumpak Sewu means "thousand waterfalls" in Indonesian, and the water spreads wide like a tiered curtain over a steep valley. It is also nicknamed the Cliff of Nirvana, and its springs come from Mount Semeru. The falls are in Lumajang, about 3 hours by car from Malang. This day tour goes there by private air-conditioned car that is not shared with other groups, and it departs daily. The route opens with the panoramic view from the top, then goes down on foot to the base of the falls. A visit to Tetes Cave, a hidden spot in East Java with its own waterfall scenery, completes the outing. An English-speaking guide goes along, and the guides know the best angles for photos. The entrance fee, private transportation, bottled water, parking fees and the guide are included. Personal expenses and personal medicine are not. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries, pregnant travelers or anyone with poor cardiovascular health. Up to 12 travelers per booking, with guiding in English.
