Three days arranged by area. Day one stays on the Small Circuit: Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm with its giant tree roots, quiet Ta Nei, then Angkor Thom (Victory Gate, Bayon, Baphuon, Phimeanakas and the two terraces), ending on Phnom Bakheng for sunset unless the group prefers to skip it. Day two leaves Angkor for Phnom Kulen, more than 60 km away: a riverbed carved with a thousand lingas, the reclining Buddha cut from a giant rock, and a waterfall where swimming is possible. The route returns via Banteay Srei, Banteay Samre and Pre Rup. Day three starts at 5:00 am for sunrise at Angkor Wat, with a breakfast break at the hotel. The Grand Circuit follows (Preah Khan, Neak Pean, Ta Som, Eastern Mebon), then lunch and the Roluos Group (Lolei, Preah Ko and Bakong). Optional stops at Artisans Angkor and the Old Market close the day. Included: a licensed English-speaking guide, a private air-conditioned vehicle with driver, hotel pickup and drop-off, cold drinking water and wet towels, parking fees and road tolls. Not included: lunches (from about 5 USD a dish), the temple passes and the Kulen mountain ticket. Up to 15 travelers can book together, and the route suits all fitness levels.
