Bali Hidden Waterfalls Day: Kanto Lampo, Goa Raja and Tembuku Falls With Tickets
This six-hour day is about waterfalls that most visitors to Ubud never find. It starts in the morning so the group can see each place before the crowds arrive, and an English-speaking guide drives a private, air-conditioned vehicle. Kanto Lampo comes first. Water runs down black rock on the cliff side, and guides suggest climbing onto the rocks for photos. Next is a recent addition to Bali's waterfalls in the Tembuku area, with fewer visitors and a short trek down to the river; three separate falls are visible there, each with a different look, and it is a good place for selfies and photography. Goa Raja is a hidden waterfall with a natural spring pool. Another hidden fall in the Ubud surroundings rounds out the list, and the day ends with a stop at the Mahagiri Panoramic Resort and Restaurant in Rendang, Karangasem, where an extra fee applies. Private transportation, bottled water, the guide who doubles as driver, and entrance ticket and donation are included. Lunch is not included. The day suits all fitness levels, though it is not recommended for pregnant travelers or anyone with spinal injuries or poor cardiovascular health. Infants must sit on an adult's lap. Up to 15 travelers can book together, and guiding is in English.
