Private Bali Tour: Tanah Lot, Taman Ayun, Monkey Forest and Tegenungan Waterfall
This private guided day combines a sea temple, a royal temple, a monkey forest and a waterfall, with an English-speaking guide and an air-conditioned vehicle collecting guests from the hotel lobby. Tanah Lot Temple opens the day, with a viewpoint for photos and the history of the seaside temple explained on a walk around the area. Taman Ayun Royal Temple of Mengwi is next, ringed by a fish pond and green gardens, with its ancient architecture explained in full. The route then passes a flower garden of marigolds and colourful blooms on the way to the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary in Ubud, a tropical rain forest with old carved ornaments around the sacred area. Tegalalang Rice Terrace follows, where the guide explains rice farming and lunch at a local restaurant with a terrace view is an option. Happy Swing Bali is an additional choice, with dress selection and photo staff on site. Tegenungan Waterfall, south of Ubud, ends the visit before the drop-off at the hotel.
