Materuni Waterfall Tours: Coffee Day or Hot Springs

The 42 Materuni tours on this site split into two real formats and one footnote. Twenty are a coffee-farm day typically 60 to 120 EUR, twenty add the Kikuletwa hot springs for a little more in the same band, and two start from Marangu on the other side of Kilimanjaro's foothills. The waterfall is in all of them, and it takes the smallest share of the day. One caution about the numbers. The 4.97 rating is a weighted average, not a plain one, and a single operator, Safari Soles Tours, holds 36% of the 2,498 reviews through one listing with 890 of them. The second format, the hot springs day, has an even more concentrated record: the same operator holds 56% of its reviews. Read the rating as a rating of well-run days, since nearly every listing scores between 4.7 and 5.0, and use the price, the hours and the inclusions to choose instead.
